This 5.5"x8.5" art print of Charlottesville, Virginia's historic/small business staples was drawn with pencil, painted with watercolor, then drawn again with fountain pen. The print features some of the most distinguishing small businesses and eateries of downtown Charlottesville.
It includes Hamilton's restaurant, Mudhouse coffee shop, the Paramount Theatre, Timberlake's Drugstore, The Hardware Store and Chap's Ice Cream.
This print has about a border of white which leaves it perfect for framing. It is printed on matte, poster-grade paper. It does not contain a watermark on the front (it does contain a brand stamp on the back).
This would make a great gift for someone who loves Charlottesville, for one who once lived in the city or attended the University of Virginia.
