All items are are final sale & non-refundable.

For secondhand items: We do our absolute best to guarantee quality control of condition throughout the consignment cycle. Our secondhand inventory ranges in condition from new-with-tags to gently-worn. 

If flaws (that were not disclosed in the item description) are found after receiving an order, we will offer you a discount on a future purchase of equal value. But we will not offer a refund or return. 

If an item doesn't work out due to fit, you can always re-consign it with us! But we are final sale for all in store AND online sales.

For artisan items: Each artisan item is handmade and thus unique. We cannot guarantee product images will be exact to the item due to the handmade nature of our artisan items.
